Resource and Design won the bid to supply and install seven floors of furniture for the newly constructed Courthouse. RDI coordinated closely with Ross/Drulis Architects, the contractor, construction management, the city project manager, move consultants and the courts move committee to achieve a smooth installation and successful relocation into fully functional offices and courtrooms. As the General Contractor was behind schedule, we played an important part in coordinating with the GC and the City in order to achieve a timely completion.
Subsequent to the original installation, the Court asked Resource and Design to remodel the front clerk counters in order to achieve improved ergonomic function. This project involved both construction and height adjustable furniture. We were also asked to finish out the cafeteria space for the Courthouse.
