For a number of years, Resource and Design served as primary vendor for Union Bank of California's corporate headquarters in San Francisco and various branches in Northern California. Interfacing with the bank's architects, RDI provides furniture drawings and specifications, cluster drawings, and installation plans. Coordinating with the bank's contractors and Facilities Management personnel, RDI supplies and installs furnishings. RDI attends meetings with UBOC team members and prepares work schedules. For some projects, Resource and Design selected fabrics and finishes and provided space planning.

Recently, Resource and Design helped the Bank move and consolidate staff in three buildings at their San Francisco headquarters, in addition to the ongoing branch work.

Resource and Design maintains as-built drawings for UBOC facilities. RDI conducts frequent furniture reconfigurations using on-site and off-site inventory.
